Do I need my own HighLevel account?
What Jetpack includes, what HighLevel charges for, and how the two relate.
Yes. Jetpack runs on top of GoHighLevel rather than replacing it, so you need a HighLevel account for Jetpack to build into.
If you already have one, nothing changes about it. Jetpack installs alongside what you have and starts using it. If you do not have one yet, start your HighLevel account here and we will help you get it set up during onboarding.
Why Jetpack needs it
Everything Jetpack builds is a real asset inside your own HighLevel location: the funnel pages, the email and SMS sequences, the workflows, the pipeline stages, the calendars. There is no separate Jetpack website your customers visit and no second inbox for you to check.
That has two consequences worth understanding before you start.
The first is that you own the output. Your contacts, your domains and your content stay in an account that belongs to you.
The second is that Jetpack's snapshot is proprietary. While you are subscribed, everything keeps running and keeps improving. When a subscription ends, access to the system stops and Jetpack stops working inside your HighLevel account.
What each one costs
They are separate bills from separate companies.

Usage charges for email, SMS and calls come from HighLevel and depend on how much you send, not on which Jetpack plan you are on.
Will it disturb what I have already built?
No. Jetpack is self contained inside your HighLevel account. It does not modify your existing snapshots, automations or workflows. It runs alongside them, so nothing you have built gets changed or overwritten.
